  Pembroke River Rally

Due to Navigation problems this event will not now take place this year.

West Wales Maritime Heritage Society are organising the annual Pembroke River Rally on 17th August. The reason is to maintain the navigational rights of the river for the people of Pembroke.  Thus it is a formal affair with a proper flagship  transporting the Mayor and mayoress in their full ceremonial regalia right into Pembroke. The convoy will contain as many of our vessels as we can persuade to float, as well as
representatives of the MVS and MHPA in their own vessels.

Any SBA member who can come with a boat will be most welcome - the organisers will be delighted to see you again.  Entry into Pembroke will be circa 13.30hrs so boats will leave the Crow pool about 13.00 hrs. T

Those interested may wish to contact the organiser directly:

David James
