SBA Members and Boats are invited to participate in the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta

Note: No air displays currently planned. Fireworks are on Sat eve.
Dartmouth Yacht Club have kindly invited us to use their premises as our base for Regatta.

Wednesday 25th Aug:

Launch from Totnes and depart by 10am SBA time.
Note that we can use the public slipway at Totnes Steamer Quay (satnav TQ9 5AL) and park cars & trailers in the Longmarsh public carpark (adjacent to slipway). Daily payment by phone required.
Reception Drinks/chat on arrival at Dartmouth (in Dartmouth Yacht Club adjacent to our moorings).
Our berths are inside the pontoons, just above the lower car ferry (satnav TQ6 9BB)

Thursday 26th Aug:
LW 03:40 BST HW 09:38 BST LW 15:52 BST HW 21:44 BST
(Possible) Eve excursion to the Maltsters Arms at Tuckenhay, top of Bow Creek (satnav TQ9 7EH)
Return with the tide, departing on the flood. Navigation lights will be required for return to Dartmouth.
Alternatively, leisurely steam followed by raft-up or go ashore at Dittisham for lunch/afternoon tea?

Friday 27th Aug:

A.M. Brass polishing in preparation for judging of best steamboat.
Trophy award.
P.M. Messing about on the river.

Saturday 28th Aug:

The remaining boats steam up to Totnes with the morning tide.
